Potato Salads, cole slaws, green bean casseroles and much more fun! And then some more potatoes.
My favorite vegetable is probably the potato. I wrote a paper about the history of potatoes for a college class. When I have a working garden, I grow them. I cook them almost every day, and order them as often as possible when I go out for a meal. Sometimes I go to drive-thrus just for fries. I celebrate Hanukkah with platters of latkes. My second favorite is green beans. It’s too bad fast food places don’t sell green beans. They are pretty tasty deep fried!
